Stompy Rides Again is the tenth episode of season 2 of Ni Hao, Kai-Lan. In this episode, Kai-Lan and her friends ride a train to Hula Duck Island, but things go wrong when there is no room for Stompy to come along on the train.
In production order, it is the seventh episode of the second season.
Plot[]
Kai-Lan is going on a train that the ants are building. The train is bound for Hula Duck Island. However, at first, the train isn't even finished yet, as they still have to paint it. They paint the caboose of the train blue and the wheels orange to match the other train car. Lulu and Hoho ride along the train, with Ye-Ye coming along riding on his bicycle. The train then stops at Tolee's treehouse, where Rintoo and Tolee are playing, which they also ride along the train.
The train stops at Stompy's house, where he puts on his conductor hat, but then Stompy stops when he notices that there is no more seats on the train. Stompy states that he needs a seat so he can play with everyone, so he keeps looking only to no avail. Stompy then sits down & he cries, saddened by the fact that he can't play with his friends. They come up with an idea, making another train car. Kai-Lan comes up with a solution; "let's find a way for everyone to play."
Kai-Lan tells Stompy that they are going to make another train car using some of Stompy's toys; a rectangle and four wheels. The ants come back to help finish the car, which Stompy jumps onto. Everyone rides on the train to Hula Duck Island. The train stops at a dead-end, but then the ladybugs return to lift the train to Hula Duck Island. Everyone then has a party with Hoho as the DJ.
